Abundance – It’s Not What You Think

You’re expecting me to say #likeattractslike and while the quantum energy of all that is at play, this isn’t exactly the kind of abundance that sets my soul on fire.

I’m interested in a different kind of abundance.

I’m talking about a promise, and the journey of my life as I unravel and unveil what that promise looks like to me, specifically.

Abundance is balance, boundaries, surrender, health, wealth, wisdom, quiet, settling and soaring.

Meaning what you say, and saying what you mean, in love. Being true to others, and what you say about them.

Leaning into all that is wholesome, holy, and lovely.

I believe God intended for us to have an abundant life, and He spoke a unique and wildly wonderful story over each of us.

It’s been the most rewarding journey in my life, discovering just what abundance looks like.

Sometimes it’s having an extra soft pillow at night, because of how I lived out my day with integrity and sincerity.

It’s constantly harnessing and honouring the power of my free will, and joyfully leaning into all the accountability that must come with that.

I am fully receiving the abundant life intended for me.

Ways to cultivate abundance:

  1. Journal for 30 minutes every single day. This creates accountability and congruency with who you say you are and how you actually behave - bridging your intentions to your actions.

  2. Spend 5 minutes meditating on all that you’re grateful for each day - its good for the mind, body and soul!

  3. Select a life-giving affirmation to consider at least 7 times per day. This helps you create a non-toxic subconscious thought pattern which will in turn direct your behaviour.
